					<description>Well, isn't that how society has evolved through the ages? Period of calm and composure where everyone gets rich and anyone with an iota of intelligence chooses a monetary career over a meaningful one (banking for our generation) followed by a period of turmoil when people actually do something. Creation is like evolution - slow, rare and unexpected. Not every PhD is meant for it. 

Is it possible for you to let me read the locked posts?</description>
